Carly grew up in Hartland, WI where she now lives with her husband. Carly has a Bachelors degree in English as a Second Language and Elementary Education from St. Norbert College and a Masters degree in Education Administration and Director of Curriculum from Concordia University. Carly has worked for both Green Bay Area Public Schools and the School District of Waukesha in the past doing a variety of teaching and leadership roles including English as a Second Language Teacher, 4th/5th grade classroom teacher, English as a Second Language coach/curriculum specialist and a behavior management internal facilitator. She is very excited to be joining St. Martini Elementary! Carly believes that all students have the ability to be successful, she believes in educating the whole child so that our scholars grow into educated and kind productive members of society that are rooted in Christ. Carly loves that St. Martini celebrates diversity and welcomes ALL children. Her greatest initiative is to create and sustain a safe learning environment that provides scholars with rigorous academic instruction paired with the development of their strong Christian character so that scholars find success in high school, college, and beyond. She knows that with the support of the Lord and working as a team with the amazing St. Martini staff, Pastor Prada, students and the community the opportunities for St. Martini are endless.
Jordan Eggleson is from the small town of Sycamore, Illinois. She graduated from the University of Illinois-Chicago in 2011 with a degree in Urban Education and a Middle School Math Endorsement. Her first teaching position was under the leadership of Julieane Cook as a 3rd grade teacher at St. Martini Lutheran School. In the years following, she taught 4th, 5th, 7th and 8th grades in various capacities while gradually taking on more responsibilities as a school leader. In 2016, she joined the St. Martini leadership team full time as an instructional coach. Jordan received her Masters in Education from Alverno College through the Burke Fellowship in May of 2017. She loves working with the students and families at St. Martini Lutheran School. With God and the support of her staff, she is excited to take on her new role as Assistant Principal.
